Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Merch

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all concert tees, hoodies, or accessories are protected from damage during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
